House rules Bar Perron Brasschaat
At the entrance to the event, the most recent version of the house rules, hereinafter referred to as 'the rules', will be clearly displayed as required by law.
The regulations may be subject to change and can be consulted online at www.barperron.be .
The current version dates from August 1, 2025. Appel Kiwi BV , hereinafter referred to as "the organizer," is the organizer of the Bar Perron Brasschaat event, hereinafter referred to as "the event." The regulations described below apply to the event, and acceptance of them is required for admission. Visitors are deemed to have read and accepted the regulations.

ARTICLE 1: Persons entering the event accept the general terms and conditions and regulations of the rules and will strictly comply with them.
ARTICLE 2: Access to the event is prohibited or will be denied to people who:
- Clearly under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other stimulants.
- Previously excluded from events, imposed by the organizer or the administrative or judicial authorities.
- By clearly intending to disturb the public peace or to provoke such a disturbance by inciting assault, hatred, anger, discrimination...
- Resisting the control and unsystematic searches by the event's security and safety services.
- Refusing to declare objects that are considered dangerous or prohibited by the event security services (see Article 4).
- In any way acting contrary to the provisions of one or more articles of these internal regulations.
- Being under 18 years old on Friday and Saturday evenings from 9:30 PM
ARTICLE 3: Security may ask a visitor of the same sex for special permission to voluntarily undergo a superficial inspection of clothing and luggage to detect objects which, if brought to the event, could endanger the course of the event, the safety of other visitors to the event and could disturb the public peace.
ARTICLE 4: Visitors are prohibited from bringing, having brought, or possessing the following objects:
- Drugs, own drinks or food, bottles and glasses.
- Projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid or gaseous form.
- Flammable products or materials.
- Pyrotechnic objects such as Bengal lights,..
- Any weapon or dangerous, sharp or bruising object that could be used in such a manner (sticks, chains, stabbing weapons or the like).
- Pets are allowed on a leash at the event.
ARTICLE 5:
At the event it is strictly forbidden to:
- Trying to gain access to inaccessible areas such as backstage, offices, production areas,...
- To consume alcoholic beverages under the age of 16
- Consuming strong drinks under the age of 18
- To climb tents, structures, fences, barriers, light poles, tables, benches and/or any other infrastructure of the location
- To block the entrances, exits and evacuation routes
- Disguise or not be recognized
- Disturbing the public peace and endangering the safety of the public
- Selling or marketing drinks, food or any other product without the express permission of the organizer
- Throwing or shooting an object, liquid or other product in loose or gaseous form
- Smoking is permitted in non-smoking areas (toilets, cabins, Kota Grill, winter bar, etc.).
- Peeing in public
Violators are responsible for all additional charges.
ARTICLE 6:
Texts, symbols, images, gestures and obscene language that incite racism, xenophobia, provocation and discrimination are prohibited.
ARTICLE 7:
Visitors must follow the instructions of the organizer or their designated or authorized representatives at all times on the event site. Failure to comply will result in removal from the event site. If necessary, the organizer may call the police.
Visitors who are removed from the event for any of the above reasons will be denied entry for the remainder of the event.
ARTICLE 8:
For safety reasons, the organizer reserves the right to:
- Pause or stop the event
- To temporarily keep visitors at the location at the end of the event
- To vacate the location in whole or in part
- To deny access to the location
The organizer may be forced to change the program or schedule of performances or activities at the event. In that case, no costs can be recovered from the organizer.
ARTICLE 9:
To provide you with the best possible service, it is absolutely essential that we retain and use your contact details and other information. Naturally, we also want to respect your privacy. Therefore, we strive to be fully compliant with the new European privacy legislation, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
This Regulation applies from 25 May 2018: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
Everyone entering the event agrees to be photographed and filmed, and that the images may be recorded and stored. These photos and videos may be used by the organizer to promote the event. The recording and storage of these images by the police and/or the organizer is also done to ensure enforcement of and compliance with safety at the event.
The processing of the images is intended to prevent crimes and violations of these internal regulations and to facilitate the detection and punishment of perpetrators through identification.
Photos or videos taken by visitors on the site may not be used for commercial or public purposes without the written permission of the organizer.
ARTICLE 10:
The organizer is committed to limiting its impact on the environment in various ways and also counts on the cooperation of the visitor in this regard.
This is done, among other things, by:
- Providing sufficient waste bins and bags spread throughout the site and its surroundings
- Correctly sorting the different waste streams
- Using reusable cups
- Using reusable materials for decor, signage, etc.
